I have been a freelance journalist, editor and media consultant for over a decade now. All though I’ve written for everyone from Take A Break to Tatler, I struggle to write a good bio. I specialise in writing about family, women, work, travel and lifestyle, among many other things.

I write regularly for The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, Daily Mail and Grazia and I also have a monthly column in my local paper, The Stratford Herald. I have also appeared on the BBC, ITV, Talk TV and Channel 4, Radio 4 and Radio 2.

I’m working on cultivating some outside interests but at the moment they mainly consist of chasing around after my three young children, walking the dog and spending too much time on social media.

I'm also on the advisory board for Shello, an online space for women to ask advice, network and seek support on everything from career to being a single parent.

Alongside writing and editing content, I offer 1:1 or team media consultancy and training to small businesses.
